The Paoli Wastewater Utility has noted a dramatic increase of the presence of disposable syringes in the Town’s wastewater collection and treatment systems. Utility workers often have to repair pipes, removes clogs, and work on equipment in these systems. Even with the proper protective equipment, syringes s present a very dangerous hazard for these utility workers. Please DO NOT FLUSH SYRINGES down the drain!!
